Advection type dissolved air floatation machine is a kind of solid-liquid separation equipment commonly used in sewage treatment industry, which can effectively remove suspended solids, grease, and gums in sewage, and is the main equipment for pre-treatment of sewage.
Structural features
The main body of the equipment is a rectangular steel structure. The main components are composed of dissolved air pump, air compressor, dissolved gas tank, rectangular box, air float system, mud scraping system, etc.
1. The air bubble generated by the dissolved gas tank is small, the particle size is 20-40um, the adhered floc is firm, and it can achieve a good air floating effect;
2. The amount of flocculant used is small, and the cost is reduced;
3. The operation procedures are easy to grasp, the water quality and quantity are easy to control, and the management is simple.
4. With a backwash system, the release device is not easy to block.
Working principle
Dissolved gas tank produces dissolved gas water, and the dissolved gas water is released into the water to be treated by depressurizing through the release device. The air dissolved in the water is released from the water to form tiny fine bubbles of 20-40um. The micro bubbles combine with the suspended matter in the sewage, so that the specific gravity of the suspended matter is less than that of water, and gradually float to the water surface to form scum. A scraper system is provided on the water surface to scrape scum into the sludge tank. The clear water enters the clear water tank from the lower part through the overflow tank.
Range of use
1. Used to remove solid suspended solids, grease and various gums in sewage, such as: sewage treatment of industrial enterprises such as petrochemical, coal mine, papermaking, printing and dyeing, slaughtering, brewing, etc .;
2. Used to recover useful substances, such as: the collection of fine fibers in papermaking white water.
